📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the Talent Pool team, ensuring high performance and adherence to SLAs.
• Coordinate with distributors and principals to ensure timely and accurate inbound shipments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management.
• Proven track record of success in managing inbound logistics and optimizing supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and JDE software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Logistics Management or a related field is a plus.
