Lead Fleet Coordinator

Indonesia Concrete is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Tangerang Selatan, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and optimizing our fleet management processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor vehicle performance and address any issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all fleet vehicles.
• Train and supervise fleet coordinators and drivers.
• Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to travel and work outside of regular business hours as needed.
