📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the health center.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service quality.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators.,Manage the budget and ensure financial targets are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management.,Proven experience in managing teams and budgets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
