📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent customer service and support.,Maintain and update customer records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales materials, such as brochures, flyers, and marketing collateral.,Conduct site visits and inspections to provide potential buyers with a comprehensive understanding of the properties.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales transactions, ensuring that all legal and financial requirements are met.,Provide feedback and reports on customer interactions and sales activities to the sales manager.,Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events, such as open houses and property tours.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all customer interactions and sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the real estate sector.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.,Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer needs and concerns.
