📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep track of all recruitment activities.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Prepare and distribute job postings on various job portals and company websites.,Provide support in organizing and executing recruitment drives, job fairs, and other related events.,Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating with the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
