📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and schedule posts on various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).,Create and curate engaging content, including images, videos, and graphics, to align with the company's brand and marketing goals.,Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media to maintain a positive brand image.,Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to improve our online presence.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies.,Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns.,Provide regular reports on social media activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Proficient in using social media management tools and software.,Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
