📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server and network equipment.,Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.,Support end-users with IT-related inquiries and problems.,Assist in the implementation of security measures and protocols.,Maintain accurate records of system activities and updates.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our systems.,Participate in system upgrades and improvements as needed.,Provide technical support during system outages or disruptions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,At least 1-2 years of experience in a system administration or related role.,Familiarity with server and network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.,Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.,Understanding of network protocols and security best practices.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
