📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee BC+ projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with JALA Aquaculture's strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders to build trust and secure project support.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards and regulations.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Represent JALA Aquaculture at industry events and conferences to build our brand and network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the aquaculture or environmental sectors.
• Strong understanding of BC+ (Business Case Plus) methodology and experience in developing and implementing BC+ projects.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards related to aquaculture and environmental management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
