In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a specific department within our hospital, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hospital operations and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned department,Ensure that all staff are properly trained and motivated,Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures,Monitor departmental performance and make recommendations for improvement,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Manage departmental budget and resources,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Provide leadership and support to departmental staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong understanding of hospital operations,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
