📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and coordinating team activities.,Ensure that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.,Oversee the daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Handle team logistics, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and accommodation.,Maintain a positive and productive team environment.,Support the Captain in developing and implementing team strategies.,Represent the team in meetings and interactions with other departments or stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.,Familiarity with team management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
