📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the condition of all company vehicles.,Schedule regular maintenance and servicing for all vehicles.,Oversee the fuel management process to ensure cost efficiency.,Manage and track vehicle usage and mileage.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to address any vehicle-related issues.,Ensure all vehicles are compliant with safety and environmental regulations.,Generate and analyze reports on vehicle performance and maintenance costs.,Train and supervise fleet support staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian is required.
