As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes, and leading a team of skilled chefs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food cost control, and inventory management.,Lead and mentor a team of chefs, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.,Ensure high-quality ingredients and fresh produce are used in all dishes.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.,Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils to ensure optimal performance.,Train and develop junior chefs to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the restaurant's standards and customer expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with Balinese cuisine is a plus.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work collaboratively with the management team and other departments.
