Salon Dewi Dental Clinic is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new hires.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
