Makmur Elsa Sembako is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct regular employee reviews and provide feedback and coaching.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, and mediate disputes.,Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a retail or F&B industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
