Fresh One Corporindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of the company. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for financial excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of financial excellence.,Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
