Lead and supervise a team of data analysts, ensuring they are performing at their best and achieving their targets.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies that align with the company's business objectives.,Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our data by implementing robust data validation and quality control processes.,Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.,Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments to understand their data needs and provide them with the insights they require.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in SQL, Python, or R.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team of data analysts.,Strong understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices is a plus.
