📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Manage and develop a team of employees, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.

  • Represent the store at industry events and networking opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
