📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 2 IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Monitor and analyze IT systems to identify potential issues and improve performance.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and new technologies.,Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with common IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus.
