Express Town Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reconciling accounts, and providing support to the senior accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting to develop their skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank accounts on a regular basis.,Process and verify vendor invoices, customer payments, and other financial transactions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Provide support to the senior accountant in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the company.,Participate in the preparation of financial presentations and reports for management and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
