📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and mentor a team of restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Plan and organize staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and staffing levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for a restaurant.
