📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans for critically ill or emergency patients.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to improve patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or managerial role in a healthcare setting.
• Certification as a Nurse Coordinator or a related credential, such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Certified in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CCDI).
• Strong understanding of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and evidence-based care.
