📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve targets.,Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.,Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure favorable terms for our company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the wood manufacturing industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the wood manufacturing sector.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
