Develop and implement annual giving strategies to achieve fundraising targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential donors.,Oversee the donor engagement process, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.,Lead a team of fundraising professionals, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of fundraising activities.,Monitor and report on fundraising performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Represent NTU at fundraising events and external engagements.,Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in fundraising and donor engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in fundraising, particularly in annual giving.,Proven track record of achieving significant fundraising targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of the higher education sector is a plus.
