📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure their accuracy and timeliness.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.,Manage relationships with external auditors and provide support during audit processes.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the company's financial health.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support business decisions.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices is a plus.
