📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and impartial manner.,Oversee benefits administration and ensure employees receive the appropriate compensation and benefits.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.,Lead and mentor junior HR staff to ensure high performance and professional development.,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the overall goals of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Previous experience working in a multinational or international company is a plus.
