📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods.,Train and supervise store staff to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in store administration or retail management.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other retail management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
