Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the mining site, ensuring safe and efficient activities.Monitor and report on production progress, quality, and safety performance.Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.Provide leadership and support to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the mining industry.Strong knowledge of mining operations, safety regulations, and quality standards.Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Valid mining safety certification and first aid certification.Familiarity with mining software and equipment.Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field (preferred but not required).🛠️ Keahlian
