📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain plastic extrusion machines to produce high-quality plastic profiles and pipes
- Monitor production parameters and ensure product quality according to specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machinery
- Record production data and maintain accurate production reports
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plastic Extrusion Machine Operator or similar role
- Familiarity with plastic extrusion machines, particularly Farrel and Battenfeld models
- Knowledge of plastic materials and their properties
- Understanding of quality control and production standards
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required
- Valid driver's license and the ability to commute to the manufacturing facility
