📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and brand guidelines
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to secure resources and services
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial compliance
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, equipment rental, and transportation arrangements
• Monitor event timelines and milestones using project management software
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive event branding

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all event-related activities and decisions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning and project management
• Proven track record of successfully managing events of varying sizes and complexities
• Proficiency in event planning software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
