📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the company’s overhead costs, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance with international standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions using SAP and other financial management tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and control costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Provide financial support to the management team, including financial planning and analysis.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the company’s financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a global or multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Proficient in using SAP and other financial management software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
