📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Administer and maintain HR systems, including payroll, benefits, and performance management, using tools like BambooHR and Paycor.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
• Facilitate performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support employee development.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution, while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to implement effective strategies that align with our resort's goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and ensure HR initiatives support overall operational success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong background in employee relations and HR administration.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools, including BambooHR, Paycor, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a significant advantage.
