📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and client needs.
• Work closely with the technical team to design and implement payment solutions using tools like SAP, Salesforce, and other industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that payment solutions are aligned with business objectives and client requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end process of solution implementation, from initial consultation to go-live and beyond.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
• Present solutions to clients and stakeholders, and work with them to ensure that the solutions meet their needs and expectations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of payment solutions, and work with the technical team to make improvements as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry standards, and work with the technical team to incorporate new innovations into our solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development or solutions architecture role, with a focus on fintech or payment solutions.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, including credit cards, digital wallets, and other payment methods.
• Experience with industry-standard software and tools, such as SAP, Salesforce, and other CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
