📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the middle mile logistics network, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with hub managers and local distribution centers to plan and execute transportation routes.
• Monitor and optimize vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
• Manage a team of drivers and support staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP, JDA, or similar systems to track shipments and manage inventory.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers and transportation partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and transportation management.
• Proven experience in middle mile logistics operations, including route planning and vehicle management.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
