📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages using high-quality coffee beans and premium equipment.
• Work closely with our front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure our guests receive the best possible experience.
• Maintain and clean all coffee equipment and supplies to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist in the preparation of coffee-based desserts and other beverages as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring their coffee experience is memorable and delightful.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our coffee offerings.
• Work as part of a team to ensure all areas of the villa are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and our guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Familiarity with using coffee machines such as espresso machines, steamers, and grinders.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
